TBCCI WEBSITE,
RE-DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
This is a proposal to provide TBCCI with a new website that includes a content management system to allow editing the content and adding new content to the website. The following facts to be considered:
• The new website will not be an upgrade for the old one which means:
o It will have a different script which is not compatible with the old one;
o Any functionality on the old website will not be on the new one if it is not mentioned in this proposal;
o Any existing data would need to be added manually to the new database; and
o The old website will be permanently removed once the new one is fully functional and all the data has been migrated.
FUNCTIONALITY
1. Membership
This component will be designed to manage TBCCI members and subscription, the main functions will include:
• Content Access Control With Teaser Content Functionalities
Protect some or all of your content from public view. It allows you to control the viewing of articles, menu items, modules, and components with the CMS to make them accessible for members only. The Access Control is made flexible and easy.
• Multiple payment gateways with Automation
• Easy Member Management
The Ajax-Powered Members List Panel allows you to view your members, their registration status, start date and expiry date, and membership level in a nice and consice panel. You can also add / remove a user to / from a membership level or create a new user and assign it to a membership directly easily.
• Need 5 tiers of Membership (Currently there are 3)
• Need Export of membership information
(a) Need to add City info of the member (Currently only Country, Business Sector,)
(b) List should be able to show all info entered by the Member
(as in [login to view URL] )
(c) List should be able to show Selected info by any combination of Country, City, Membership Tier, Business Sector, website, email, contact name of the member),
Note: If the Ajax-Powered Members List Panel allows these items too, please ignore the requests shown in red
