I need to someone to create a hidden page that the user cannot access with a form that allows me to change a text string on the front page. Ex. On the front page, [login to view URL], says "The message goes here, and (here is a link) to the message". I as a use want to access a page, [login to view URL], that regular users cannot access. This page has a form that (1) reads the current message on that front page (2) changes the content (3) posts the current time of the change in (Last Update on Tuesday June 23, 2017).
