Build a customized elearning platform (read desc carefully)

Our needs have changed a little bit since the last project we published. That's why I have to publish a new project because it's very important that all the features we ask are included in this ELEARNING PLATFORM. It's ok to build that with a solid base like wordpress if you want, but the result must have all the custom features required in addition to the classical elearning features. E-LEARNING PLATFORM First of all: - RESPONSIVE DESIGN, ok for every kind of device - The platform must be in ITALIAN LANGUAGE BASIC FEATURES - Sign up and login of users - Each user can only access from one single position at the same time - User roles - Multiple courses with multiples lessons for each course - Admin area where to manage the platform and the courses - Contact module for help desk COURSES AND LESSONS - each course may contain one or more lessons - each course may contain one or more related/useful links - each lesson contain a PDF of the lesson - the admin may choose if it's compulsory or not to finish a lesson before being able to access the next one - the admin may add a test at the end of each lesson and/or at the end of the entire course - the user can "save and exit" in order to be logged in directly in the same lesson and same PDF page (if possible) when he logs back into the platform - a course can expire. if a course is expired the user cannot start it or finish it, but it can see that in the list - The admin can set a minimal time to be spend on each lesson: for example this can be achieved by setting a minimal required time of being on PDF page before being able to get to the next page. TESTS - true/false tests and multiple choice tests - numbers of questions per test may change - questions are picked randomly from a larger pool of questions inserted by admins - questions and answers order change randomly at every test repeat CERTIFICATES - The user can download a certificate when he finished a course successfully - Each course must have an editable template with custom logo and fields - The user can access the certificates archive to download past certificates - The platform MUST save the result of the final test (for example 8 correct questions out of 10) when the user terminates the course with the final test. - The platform MUST save not only the result of the final test but also the entire test (questions and answers given by the user) when the user terminates the course with the final test. LOGS AND SECURITY - Logging of the user actions with IP addresses - Logging of the amount of time users spend on the activities. It's important to log actions like login, time of start of a new course, time of finish of that course, time spent on each lesson, time spent on each PDF, etc.) - Admin can see these logs from the admin area (each user will have a log and the admin can take a look from admin area) OTHER - Custom pages (like "Terms & Privacy", "Guide", "Contact" etc.)
