We already have a website that is designed, but we want to slightly change the design and make the website more functional.

Our goal is to develop it and utilize the KLEO wordpress theme to it's full
potential.
1. We want to enable the forum feature so that members of our community
can sign up and communicate through the forum.
2. We also, want to clean up the pages to make sure that they are
appealing to the user. This means optimizing photos, making pages easier
to follow and more attractive to the viewer.
3. Lastly, we want to make sure that the entire website is fully
functional and optimal (no deadlinks, pages load quickly, and it can be
searched via all search engines)

How long would it take for this project to be completed and what is rate?
We also want to move our website from .com to .edu, since we are a non-profit organization focused on education initiatives.
There is a store integrated in our website, we would like guidance in ensuring our store is running efficiently.
Lastly, we want to make sure that our website is easily searchable on major search engines.
