Build a Website

What is the purpose of the website? Is it for web presence/branding (having a website for people to look at to know who you are), or for functionality (a website where you can do stuff, like a shop or booking system). Functionality. Ideally the website is for people to access properties, whether sales let tinge, whether a landlord or tenant searching or vendor seeking or buyer looking. Simple set up with search bars helping to line out their criteria and providing for their needs as best as possible. Also other tabs like contact us, who we are, etc as per most websites or property websites but I want the website to be so user friendly, it doesn't matter if your 21 to 71, it's that simple eg big circle buttons to press (or similar) and a user friendly website but simple. What type of functionality do you require? The website should also show information of rosewood and who we are, where we are etc. Users need to be able to search for properties on our website that match their requirements, the property page should match their requirement (by help of a search bar), it should show pictures, give info, bullet points, map, and ideally local schools. they should also be able to request viewings or make valuation requests. I need it to be user friendly to both people who wish to rent or sell their property, or those wanting to buy or rent a property. Do you have examples of websites that you like? The website will need to be updated as we have new properties which could be weekly or daily, we have property software that can do a feed to the website, we can do these updates. We may want to update the general information for time to time (I,e new staff arrival or hosting charity events). What pages and how many pages do you want on the website? The pages should have a variety of tabs leading to different pages, sales - buyers and sellers, lettings - landlords and tenants, contact page, who we are, main page, those similar to estate agency websites i.e douglas and Gordon or foxtons Can you get hold of images and/or create content (copy) for the website? Yes, we have logos and colours of the company which can help with the website, images for properties (that need to be uploaded) will be taken by us. What is your budget? £150.00 (UK Sterling) Who do you want to maintain the website after it is created? Ideally us so we can access the website as and when we need however I would like additional support if required.
