Build a Website

Hi, I am contacting you today as I require a website designed and developed (I am currently shopping around). About the website: the website is a real estate website that allows the public to sell and purchase their new home here. Of course, sellers are able to go through real estate agents and therefore, they may sell/list properties here as well. However, this website doesn’t just search for pre-existing properties. It allows buyers to purchase off the plan houses via builders (will be discussed later). Please see the requirements as follows: Requirements: • Account registration system (collects registrant’s name, contact number, email and role – real estate agent, builder, private) • A nice account interface that contains and manages account settings, their messages and Uploads. • Uploading feature of Property photos. Able to write a description and provide contact details (pretty much a listing as seen on [login to view URL]). • A form that includes information for clients wanting to build a home. Here, the form should include client name, email address (this is where the builders and client communication will occur), does client have land - if yes: • Provide address/es, type of house/dimensions desired e.g double story, 3 bedroom, double garage, etc. Do they have council approval. • Does the client have land – If no: • Provide general area of interest, type of house/dimensions desired (as outlined earlier). This information will shoot to all the builders in our system. The builders will return the email based on information provided. We and the client should receive the email. • Please NOTE: client name and email should be converted to a number (so that the builders aren’t able to contact them directly as bypassing the system is not allowed) – Will allow us to hide the identity of the client and to have a reference number. Also, all communication should be set up so that we are able to monitor statuses of deals/contract signings (as mentioned above).
