Job description for the freelance web designer:
The candidate would be required to work on various WAP sites & desktop sites
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Designing & Developing responsive WAP/ web sites/ pages/ components for mobile as per latest industry/ web standards & latest innovative trends- maintaining Web-Standards for SEO. (mobile first approach)
2. Designing & developing landing pages for internet advertising for mobile as well as desktop
3. Designing ad banners/ promotion banners for website/ WAP sites & Internet advertising
4. Creating trendy forms & other interactive elements for WAP sites/ web sites
Skill-set required:
1. Profound knowledge of html5, dot net, css3, , java script, jQuery
2. expertise in UX/ UI designing, photoshop, designing high standard web pages for mobile
3. Extremely good understanding of the best practices, innovative ideas, process etc to create responsive web pages for mobile as well as desktop sites
4. Understanding of Google Maps and Charting APIs
5. Ability to think abstractly, but have logical probslem solving skills
6. Ability to turn business requirements into developed solutions
7. Good productivity
8. Understanding of creating custom Word-Press themes and plug-ins
9. Knowledge of PHP. To be able to work on drupal & word press environment would be an added advantage
