1.1 Project Overview The primary purpose of the project is to create a CRM portal to help international students to study in China Universities. The project will provide a common platform where Students, Consultant and China’s universities can collaboratively process for the admission of the students in a particular university. 1.2 Business Context The business purpose of the “Edulink” project is to create a collaborative platform for the students, consultant and universities of the Chine to process Student Applications Online. Portal provide widest range of services to bring International Student, Consultant and Universities on a common Platform. The main focus is to: 1. Eliminate massive time taken to process the application of the students, and universities to approve the application of the students. 2. Eliminate any third parties’ involvement who promised to proceed the application successfully and to ensure that direct communication between the Students / Consultant and Universities for any kind of queries. 2. Proposed Solution Edulink Abroad Network: Will be a collaborative platform where students can search & view china based universities and can apply for the admission online. And the other side Universities will receive the application of various international students and can respond accordingly. Also, Consultant or any their party organization can view, search and apply for the universities behalf of their students. Core Featured Solution 1.
