Your website is not loading at all, but I don't think this is caused by normal traffic. Your website is not so popular and you would experience slowdowns before total failure. Possibilities are: a) you have been hacked and used as an email relay or bitcoin mining or something similar, b) your server is broken -hardware problem, c) you are under ddos attack. Anyway... If your website is important, you should not be running on a single server!
