Automated latitude and longitude on spreadsheet

I need a macro or formula or anything like script, that will extract latitude and longitude from addresses in a excel file.
So I'm looking for api expert and who can use api to pull down lat and long by api on excel.
I've already used google api (geocode) on google spreadsheet and I think google has daily limit of 2500 request and I'm getting error now.
My target it to pull download 1M lat and long from address.
So you can use other api like bingmap api and I always prefer geocode
if you are master I hope you will find out a way.

I can do a script in order to extract the data form excel. I could be done in python or R. And it could be completely automatic. If I understand correctly is the extraction of coordinates.
