I need an app almost identical to how UBER or LYFT functions for local deliveries of items. Ideally the app would cooperate with the APP currently used by existing UBER drivers (partners) or LYFT drivers. The app being designed needs to know if a driver is currently logged in and active or not. If a driver is active then this app being designed would be able to receive coordinates and address indepemdently for a destination and also instructions for what to do upon arrival. This app will need to have the option of flat one time billing for use of the app OR recurring billing for access to use the app for users on both ends. Third party billing and payment management needs to be incorporated same as UBER or LYFT pays its drivers once per week after capturing primary gross receipt and money for uses and trips Etc.
