Android Developers for a Job portal app

We are looking for a team to develop an android application for a unique job portal and it's corresponding admin panel The application will have - employer and job seeker login, In the employer login, the employer will have the option for search, filter (by experience, salary etc) Show a full user resume view, along with his skill sets and a link to user written code etc Select the no of months to hire and submit. Other features include employee match, where employer should just (like)/(dislike) and many more. The jobseeker flow will also have the standard signup, login screens (Facebook, gmail, linkedin) Autocomplete search for job skills. Card layout to show matching jobs & like, apply feature Simple resume builder, Get certified link to take to a page to show shortened url etc More information and detailed wireframes to be provided to shortlisted candidates. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision, must be good at algorithms and data-structures to be able to build applications that can perform under high load. Load testing, performance testing, end to end testing is a must. backend and webservices could be written in Python or Php. Development could be on your servers, but final Hosting on our servers. Other must know: 1. Push notifications (GCM) 2. AWS 3. Cloud databases
