Advanced Google Maps, Geospatial and Dataset integration into Wordpress site

I have a Wordpress website and I'd like to add the following features: 1. Integrate Factual API code to automatically fill my website with parking locations (using either Factual API data) 2. Integrate a way to upload these geospatial file formats - SHP KML GeoJSON wms WFS CSV JSON - in the WP backend via cronjob - and show the details on a map on my site 3. Allow the same above files to be uploaded by a front-end user's dashboard and display on a map on my site 4. Add a click counter on a website link that takes a user to an external site The front-end dashboard will be handled by a multi-vendor plugin called Dokan. So No.3 above will need to be fully integrated into this framework. Immediate start required. Only apply if you have worked with the above mentioned files before and know how to integrate Google Map API and Factual API.
