Add a shopping basket to a web-site on a Joomla

We have a web-site: [login to view URL] Site works on JOOMLA. The task is to add a shopping basket. There should be a button "add to cart". Clicking on it we add goods in the basket. The basket is on the top-right. It will look something like that: [login to view URL] We add goods in the basket and when we done, we go to the order page. Order page should have a list of all the goods, that are in the basket - we can delete some or change their quantity. If everything is OK - below we see a radiobutton: • I'l pickup it myself • Deliver it to me If user choose delivery, extra 500 rubles are added to the price - for delivery. Next we see a field for the phone. * There are no prices currently on the web-site. It is needed to add prices to the good too. Time: 3 days All the design or prototypes we will send you.
