PHP Dating Website Rebuild

(see attached for further description) Attention: this is a gay adult dating website (only member images may be adult oriented), the rest of the site is code, no images except logo and buttons. I'm looking for an excellent PHP coder and need all pages built with validated CSS using an external style sheet. Short Description: header/footer. Build all other pages from scratch using [login to view URL], an existing dating membership site, needs to be re-built. Copy code from [login to view URL] for login/password request/and membership confirmation, and add new CSS for DaddyLover to these pages, and configure to use with DL database. The registration page from [login to view URL] may also be used, but all of the options will need to be added. The video pages will be taken from [login to view URL] and will be integrated to DaddyLover (only the "daddy" category will be added to DaddyLover), customize with DLCSS, xhtml, and PHP. All pages will have the same header/footer, and session id will be saved across all sections of the site. Use our existing login-based CMS for videos, and add new membership section for DL to this CMS. Total pages to build: 11 (not including video pages) Pages to be modified: 2 Existing pages that need to be customized for DL: video index (search results & individual page) Detailed specs, text, and wire frames for each page are included in project specs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
