Custom Rebrand Aggregator RSS Reader

Create a RSS News Reader that my customers can rebrand with ease by their self. Something like they have at [login to view URL] However I would like my customers to be able to rebrand it themselves without my input. My customers should be able to add their own Header Log and should feature a banner rotator at the top of the main panel where users browse - my customers should also be able to upload as many banners as they like. At the bottom of main panel, it should contain a second banner rotator where I can upload my own banners. The admin section for bottom banner rotator should NOT be accessable to my customers. Also I should be able to change my banners at anytime without access to the RSS News Reader. So if I have 100 different brandable RSS News Readers being used, I should be able to change a banner and it will change on all the News Readers at the same time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) We will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work. ## Platform window 98 +
