We need software developers for contract and eventually full time employment so we are posting a number of assignments as a means to evaluate your coding talent. If you can demonstrate proficiency in low level programming (Delphi, C++), Ruby on Rails, AJAX, PHP and Java Script, database management, Content Management Systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Adword Campaigns we need you! More ssignments will be posted with complete latitude in creativity and software architecture. We want to see how well you work on your own to come up with innovative designs with minimal direction and entirely within your own framework. Our plan is to develop a community, crowd sourced content, and a top notch product development team. We are looking for a very professional site with a similar "clean" theme to [login to view URL] - our first product. There is a great deal of lattitude on this assignment so please - BE CREATIVE!!! :-) ## Deliverables FUNCTIONAL: 1. Site is to be built as a Content Management System (CMS) using the technology of your choice. 2. You may use preconfigured templates for graphic layouts and colors, but If you have talent as a graphic designer you may submit designs for a new logo and color scheme if you choose. 3. Must have the following CMS elements: • Blog • Community Forum • Wiki • Ecommerce • Ability to manage multiple websites, forums, blogs 5. PLEASE DON’T REINVENT THE WHEEL! We’re evaluating your performance here on how well you integrate existing solutions into a custom application. You must be able to put all of this together quickly! 6. A bonus may be paid out to the winner if they do a sensational job above and beyond the minimum requirements. You have a lot of lattitude here so BE CREATIVE!!! 7. Please provide a detailed scope of work of what you plan to include in this CMS site and the amount you're bidding for it. This may lead to future employment. We pay a competitive salary and have a VERY competitive bonus structure based on performance (50-100% BONUS!) LEGAL 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. (hosted on Godaddy or similar 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
