Blog Content Generation Website....

Hey guys... I want to take the features from [login to view URL] and put this into a web interface.. I want users to be able to do the following things... 1) sign up and join 2) add their blogs to the network 3) generate content for their blogs ( based on how [login to view URL] generates content ) 4) be able to choose how often new posts are added to their blogs ( edit each blog individually ) 5) be able to upload keywords, links that are to be shared across all the blogs in the network 6) link sharing is based on how many blogs each user has in the network.. the more blogs that are in the network.. the more links they can share. 7) I want to be able to control what links are shared.. and how often. That is the basic run down of what I want... I do not want anyone to bid on this job if they are not confident... I want a fast turnaround on this..
