Database/application in Microsoft Access

I need a Access application developed in any version of MS-Access (preferred 2007). Here are some details: * The underlying database will have 4-5 tables each with no more than 6-7 fields and couple of relationships. * User login interface needs to be developed in a form and should be working very well (New user should be allowed to create a login, existing users should be allowed to login after password verification) * The front-end (either Dashboard or VBA or plain forms) will have 3-4 data entry screens with no more than 5-6 fields on each screen. * Once the data is validated and entered (or while entering), it needs to be checked against the table and matching records need to be displayed and if no matching records found, a new record needs to be created. * There will be 3-4 reports which will just query the tables and produce reports. No external data export or import is required. There will be no vague or additional requirements and I'll be available all the time over the phone or email. Ideally I would like to do it over the phone with you such that I keep telling you the next step and you keep doing it and we can wrap this up within 3-4 hours. ## Deliverables I will supply the populated database with relationships all established and complete documentation of the application
