Symfony Expert for Community/Social Network Project

Project brief My team programmer/symfony expert is away sick and will be away for the next few months. I am looking for a Symfony 1.4 framework or Symfony 2 expert to assist me building a community/social network website. The website will have all the regular features that a community network has. For ideas I will be referring to websites like tagged, facebook etc. I have the blueprint for the homepage and user logged in page/account area. Everything else will branch out from there. Right now I do not require a design for the website. My aim is to get the foundation and functionality of the website sorted out then I will worry about the graphics etc near the end of the project but you won't need to worry about the design side of the project. I am ok with the basics of php so this will be a learning experience for me. I will need to be involved from the get go so I need a programmer who can be in constant communication with me through out the life of this project because we will be working together and I will need to know exactly how my site is working. You will need to use an instant messenger such as skype, windows live messenger, yahoo messenger, gtalk or blackberry messenger. Money will be escrowed within the first week of next month. We will spend the time up until then preparing the framework for the project. Building the models, schema etc. As you won't be coding from scratch but using a framework a great deal of the work you would have to do has been taken out of the equation so this site can be built fairly quickly. i've seen my programmer build websites like this in a short amount of time. Important points to remember: Money will be escrowed for our security within the first week of october You need to be in constant communication with me via messenger and have good spoken english We need to work together I like balance so I will be selecting a provider who bids respectively but also has decent feedback. You don't need to have thousands of good feedback 10-20 consistent good feedback would be considered You need to understand the Symfony framework You must have reliable internet connection You must accept all my terms
