Joomla Experts Required : Migrate Site to Joomla 2.5

I want to take my actual website and migrate it to a joomla cms version 2.5 There is no need to change texts, colors or basic images. The changes in design to be made are the following: - website should be visible from Ipad or mobile (responsive) - Take out the actual black frame - Take out the scroll inside the frame page and put t on the whole page - Take out the button of "printable version" - The design has to be in a joomla template format - Put the video in a youtube player The site should be very well organized in joomla cms. The website has to be in spanish, catalan and english using joomla function to do it Requirements: - joomla expert - cms - html - responsive design - fast and responsible
