Develop image search engine (Drupal / Joomla etc accepted)

Hello I would like someone to build an image search engine for me. The design is already complete (I have mock-ups). IF INTERESTED: PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND I WILL SEND YOU THE FULL BRIEF AND MOCK-UPS SO YOU CAN MAKE AN ACCURATE QUOTE The main functions will be: > Search using keywords and colour selector > image search results with filter capability (image results only from uploaded images and not from the web) > Search results load as the user scrolls down (but filters stay fixed on right hand side) > Image page with information about the image (e.g. company, price etc.) > Ability to register as a customer / uploader of images (companies) / administrator > Ability to 'add to favourites' and categorise these into groups and subgroups > Ability to create company pages (these are the people who can upload images) and ability to 'follow' these pages as a customer > Show recently viewed images > Automatically cut and resize images when they are uploaded, and block any images that are too low quality > IMPORTANT: This site must be optimised for the iPad and other mobile devices, and I also have certain css requirements for the iPad (on rotation of iPad, search results view changes from all search results to one image at a time) I have mock ups for most of the front end pages. The back end pages can be developed together with me and you to make the clearest pages possible. I require: A developer / team of developers who have the technical skill but also eye for detail and design. The design is very simple but important to get right. I expect some discussion over the functionality so a flexible developer is important also. Thank you very much!
