Contract Joomla designer and Developer

We are looking for a provider to provide a contract price to build our customer websites , we are a small web company with more work than we can handle. We are looking for a reliable long term contractor to provide a set price every time and deliver the site within a few days. We need the following in the one set price. 1) Graphic design the template - PSD samples provided - require as many adjustments untill client happy - MUST be able to communicate directly with client through our website ticketing system. 2) Convert agreed final template to Joomla, MUST be in JOOMLA 2.5+ , MUST use Yootheme Warp engine or templates adjusted (we have account here and can provide templates for editing) 3) We will install Joomla instance on our servers , we can copy other installations to speed up work. 4) Must copy in data and forms (We use RSFORM PRO) for the first five to ten pages including required modules - You can use photoshop to mock up whole site if you wish for approval prior to build. 5) All sites MUST use yootheme mobile functionality we will provide content for each page on PDF for copying and pasting OUR CONDITIONS _ DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE. 1) WE DO NOT pay untill job is complete 2) ALL work MUST be done on our servers 3) MUST be prepared to communicate directly to vlient under our brand and ticket system 4) MUST be able to provide samples and references
