.net online tool for adding products to ebay and prestashop

You would develop a .net web based interface for me that will enable me to do the following? 1) Online web based .net user data entry form for adding new products to Ebay and Prestashop eccommerce. 2) Store information online, maybe simple database? Use the information in the spreadsheets given as a template of the fields that are required to store. 3) Export the fields to 3 .CSV files ready for direct upload to ebay via File Exchange and Prestashop Eccommerce. The aim is to get a single simple as possible form that will collect information required for both ebay and presta shop in one go for adding new products.
