Need experienced programer for a client manager software

Hi, how are u?, this is the description of the Project we need. First, the whole idea, it’s a client manager. We are an electronic wholesaler her in Mexico, we deal our products in [login to view URL], but we need a client manager for be able to track all our sales, and to manage all the clients, status, mails, etc. First of all, once the client has made the purchase, he goes to the bank and make the payment, then he return to his mail, and open the email that we sent him with all the payment details. On this email, its also a form that he will fill with his address and his payment details, this form will be the data insert for our client manager. Once the client has filled the form, the data will be capture and display on a admin control panel interface. in this control panel, we can know the status of each order and client, form here we have to be able to print packing slip witht the client shipping information, print commercial invoice, change order status, put notes, send emails, send tracking numbers and edit the order. Also we have to be able to send mass emails for her to all our clients, keep statistics (for item, client, day and month) i attach better desciption.
