I am a SAP B1 user and looking for a client portal based on SAP B1 with two way data interchange.
1. Client Order tracking system :
Online system to help clients see the status of thier orders for supply of goods. ( status linked to SO # or client PO# showing them PO receipt, PO terms under scanning, PO accepted, Goods Ready in Warehouse, Goods Despatched, Goods Delivered, Invoice raised, Payments received)
This should be via an online portal which should be accessible only post authentication of the contact attached to the client in the SAP DB.
Only the details of that specific client should be visible to him post authentication.
2. Client Lead Management system:
This system should capture the leads from the portal and push them into SAP system as an additional opportunity for the clients. This system should collects inquiries from existing clients from the client portal.
This should also collect lead from unauthenticated clients via the general client enquiry forms form our home page and push it in SAP as a general leads.
3. Client support system:
This system should manage the client contracts, remind him on renewals three months before renewal date for renewal, Accept Support tickets via the authenticated portal from the known clients, show him the ticket status, escalation process, resolution etc.
History of the client support tickets should be maintained product line/service contract wise.
Email communication history to be maintained.
Knowledge base for ready reference of clients should be available to him. The knowledge base will be managed by our skilled manpower and built based on product/service lines.
We are using the SAP B1 8.82 version.

Your Budget is very low. Can you Increase it as its included designing, development and testing. If you don't increase the budget it would be difficult to give you best work.
