Backend work on existing website

Full requirements: - Automatic user account creation and user management (I have a sign-up page on our website, where visitors can create an account after paying our membership fee with paypal, i will need to process this data by having it sent to a database. A confirmation email should be sent to the users email to confirm the account. Once the payment is verified and the account successfully created, they will be able to log-in and access the member area of the site.) - Generate custome images. (The membership area will contain various couponds that the member can print. After accessing one, they should not be able to access another until a 24 hr period. The name of the member, date/time, the name of the participating establishment that was choosen by the user, and a security number should be generated on to the coupon. I don't know if it is possible but it would be better if the completed coupon could be printed without displaying it onscreen. As for the security number, it can be a specific number for the member that will be printed on all the coupons that he/she prints. A database will keep track of when the coupon was accessed using this number. Then the receiver of the coupon will enter the number on a secure area of the site, only for the receivers of the coupons, and the number they enter will be compared to the number in our database to be verified. This way even if a member prints out another copy of the coupon they will not be able to use a second one.) Thats about it, we can handle the payments using paypal and we will be selling merchandise but in the future. We will be hosting this site on php and mysql.
