OSCommerce & Wordpress - Several tasks incl. upgrade

Upgrade oscommerce/php version to latest.? Currently using **PHP Version:** 4.4.9 (Zend: 1.3.0).? MySQL is currently 5.0.91. (hosted on godaddy and installed manually there). Update all other non-standard OsCommerce modules to latest versions.? Note: there is some custom scripting. Update wordpress installation to latest version. Has its own theme.? Install reCaptcha (from google) on the wordpress installation. Install reCaptcha on 2 forms on e-commerce site. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Linux/Apache Godaddy (through wild west domains) Unlimited shared hosting account. Database may need some maintenance. Not sure how to go about the upgrade of the software - whether you will develop on live server (not recommended) or on a test server and then migrate to live.
