1) I need a forum installed on my existing membership site, I'm leaning toward phpbb but open to what works well for you. The trick is that I'd need the two memberships to share membership data and authentication, such that, if I remove a member from the main site, they no longer have posting access to the forum area, automatically. This does not have to take place instantly. Every couple of hours in a cron is fine (or however that works). The main site is [login to view URL] and is running on webdate version 2.0 (PHP zend)? ?
2) Make it such that there is an area where only registered females (at the main site) can read/post, and an area where only registerd males can read/post. My host will allow 4 more sql databases.?
3) Add a newsletter manager that allows me to use timed autoresponders and advance program ezines to the entire group or a subset that I create such as males, new members, paid, unpaid. New members at the main site would be added automatically to this ezine mgr and it would respond to an unsubscribe page with and without removing the member from the main site with minimal [login to view URL] you & good luck with your bid!/kelly

Thanks, this project is being withdrawn as we're taking another tack on reaching this solution but I'll be resubmitting a bid in the near future. I'm having the site upgraded by the original company but they'll net get everything I'm looking for.
