Phone Orders- Tracking Software

I'm looking for a solution that will allow me to track phone in orders. Currently I'm able to track sales that occur on my website and are ordered on my website. However, if someone calls in, I have no clue how to track it. I'm currently using [login to view URL] to track my keywords from various payperclicks. So my keywords point to a certain php url. I would like to somehow incorporate phone in tracking to this software or not nessesarely track the sales using that software but if possible I'd like for the program to somehow spit out a code on my pages so that when somebody calls in I could ask them to give me that code they see on the page. This code would be linked to whatever keyword they used to get to the site. I'm using a CGI/PErl based shopping cart... I guess I really need a program that will somehow perhaps tie in into the mysql database and spit out the code on the page... if it came to it, i would not mind checking the code in a manual form to see what keyword was used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
