I need a full-featured autoresponder similar to the ones below:

It should have all the features all the autoresponders above have and shall be run on the users own server like Autoresponseplus.. (getresponse and aweber does not)
The control panel has to designed and organized in a unique way, and be easy to use.
The autoresponder must NOT be a copy of any of the autoresponders above. Only the features must be the same. Except for the features they have, I also want the following features:
1. Bounced e-mail management with multiple retries before giving up. The system shoudl try every 5 days 4 times, totalling 20 days before deleting the subscriber.
2. Real-time queue manager for broadcasts - watch their progress as they go out or log off and receive a summary e-mail when the process is complete.
3. Remote controlled main page of the control panel. It will be hosted on my server so that I can display whatever I want there.
4. An easy-to-use installer that will install the autoresponder on the users server in a few simple steps.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) The coder agrees to fix any bugs or failures in the script that may emerge in the future.
