Wordpress simple Email collection plugin

I need a company or freelancer who will create a really simple email collection plugin for me. It should work like this: there is one simple input field (shown by shortcode), user enters his email, email gets saved to the database table, admin can see the list of saved emails in admin panel. And thats it no extra code or functionalities... Freelancer can not use advancet PHP coding. Everything has to be simple and explained really good with comments. I dont know PHP and i need this plugin so i understand how Wordpress plugins work, so consider this as some kind of tutorial for me. Here is an example of one simple plugin: [login to view URL] This plugin is still not simple enough becouse it has exporting options and alot of code i dont understand, also as i see it saves emails in .txt document and not in an database table as i want it to be saved.. I need someone with really good teaching skills so you can explain (with comments) what each line of code does, how it does it and why is it there, really simple.
