Very Simple Telephone Directory Application

Hello, This seems like a lot of information, but if you look through it you will see that it's just the specifics I am asking for, but the process itself is a very simple PHP project. I personally do not do PHP, but know the structure and development stages of it. This application is going to be used for a retirement home that I am donating the software to once completed so that each individual user that I will be allowed to create can look up information on their family on their computers that were donated to them as well. I can pay $50.00 for this since this is very simple, I hope someone will be able to help us out with this for the retirement community. Please let me know. You will create a Telephone Directory Application to save entries 1. Last Name 2. First Name 3. Street Address 4. City 5. State 6. Zip 7. Area code 8. Phone Number create an alphabetized list of the Telephone Directory. Put a link or button on the Telephone Directory entry page to execute this new program Create a PHP program to open the file to read the data. You will want to create an array that contains the Name and the Phone Number. The name should be constructed so that the Last Name is first, followed by a comma and then the First name. Example: Madden, John The phone number should contain the area code concatenated to the phone number. Example 212-398-0987 The array will then be sorted in (last) name order using an appropriate PHP function. The response page will also contain a link or button to go back to the HTML form to add additional Phone Directory entries. All pages in this application should have consistent color, headings, titles and formatting. When you have completed this application, you will need to send the Folder that contains the HTML, PHP and Telephone Files to me when finished for my records. create the Database (named yourLastName) for the Telephone Contact Application. create 2 ‘users’ for the Database. These steps can be accomplished using the GUI called PHPMYADMIN which is accessible from the WAMP Taskbar icon. Users are entered on the Privilege tab. You will then create the Table structures necessary for the Telephone Contact Application After completing each step, PHPMYADMIN will display the SQL commands it executed to create the table, db, user etc. You should copy these to a document and mark them as well for my references. When the user is successfully logged in to the Telephone Contact application, they will see a simple HTML page that has a menu of administrative items. You will create this page to allow the user to select: “Display, Insert, Modify, Delete Contacts, and Logoff.” This will be called the “admin menu” and should be saved as admin.html. All pages created should share the color, font, background, and link colors with other pages in this application The users can be generic like user1 and user2. If the user has entered valid login information the program will set the state variable to say that a user is logged in. Otherwise the program should return them to the login screen with an error message. You should add a log out link or button to all pages to execute a program to destroy the state variable. This will cause the user to be no longer logged in. You will now modify the PHP programs that insert and display the Telephone Contact data. Allow the ‘logged in’ user to use the program normally, but if a user is attempting to use the program without having their state variable set to indicate they are logged in, they must be redirected to the login page. The admin menu will need to become a PHP file, so that it can also check the state variable. Save the file ‘as’ a PHP file. You need to give the user a way to delete data in the telephone contact application. During this process if you can add your own entries to show the functionality of it, just use any random/fake input to show it in use. Please allow this accessible for it to be ran through WAMP to test.
