307190 Price scrape

We're in search of a php script to do the following:

1. Either crawl a specific web site, or crawl a list of url's we enter, all from the same web site.

2. Scrape and record to a mysql table the manufacturer, model number, shipping weight, regular price, sale price, and status. All of this data is plainly listed in html (see image, which displays both output (top) and html (below)).

It's pretty simple, really. Please let me know if you have any questions.
