Online Work Order System For Workers

I am looking to build an online work order system for tracking and controlling day to day work of employees. I would like to have it accessible via a login on my main website. I want the ability to add new jobs in the system in different categories and work areas. I would like this to be integrated with our exchange calendars. I will need to have certain fields in the work order including: Company, Site location (including area & LSD), Company Contact (email & phone), Job Description, Job Type, Parts Required, Person Invoice Gets Sent To and Special requirements. I want the employees to have the ability to modify certain fields, like when they are expecting to complete the job, actual completion date and extra comments. Once the work order is complete I will need tracking of them as well as a storage database that can be tied into new work orders. ie: If a new work order is created for the same location it will reference the previous work order in the new one.
