New Site with Magento API

Hello, I need the following work doing. The website has been fully designed (so no or very little design work is required), and built with JQuery and JQuery Mobile, its also built with HTML5 and CSS3. The website fully works, and no additional pages are required. You need the following skills / knowledge for this project: - HTML5 and CSS3 - PHP / MySQL - JavaScript and JQuery / JQuery Mobile - Magento API - SagePay API Full Tasks and Requirements 1: Merge HTML Files into a Single HTML File, and use JQuery to display the correct page / state of the website. 2: Create a PHP Script that can get "Certain" products from a Magento Store, and save the output (data) to a JSON file. 3: JQuery needs to retrieve the JSON file from the web server, parse the objects and populate the website upon loading using AJAX. 4: The website will only give the user the ability to purchase 1 item at a time (So no cart is required). 5: Create a PHP Script that will handle AJAX retrievals / submissions and Magento Auth. 6: The web site needs to be able to login in the Magento store (Using Magento API), to authenticate and retrieve customer information. 7: If the user is not registered, then the ability register is required, and the details are saved and submitted to Magento. 8: Payment processing using SagePay API and order submission to Magento via AJAX. NO server side scripting will be located with this website (It will be stored on a web server), the website should operate ONLY with AJAX. - All Forms needs to be validated. - AJAX loaders should show when the website is retrieving / sending data. - Images (Promotional Banners and Product Images) will be stored off-site (On web server). We are not just simply looking for a 2nd store website, the long term goal is for this to run as a mobile application, hence why we need it programmed with JQuery and AJAX. All PHP files will be located on the web server, and this web site will communicate back and forth using AJAX. This website needs to run fast and should be optimised: - Removal of any HTTP requests that not required. - Removal of any CSS / JS files that is not needed. This website should be able to run on your system locally and function correctly, all that would be required is an internet connection, and our web server to be online! Please do not post a list of all the website you have created (we are not interested), we are more concerned if you are the person for this job and your skill-set, please place in your comment "hybrid web app" to prove you have read this description.
