Create SOAP based API

Develop SOAP based API with the following requirements: - Authentication: Username + API Key + Whitelisted IP only - User is able to generate API Username & API Key + IP - Live And Testing API (testing is a duplicate API minus some functions) - Some API Functions requires run of external SOAP API The API will communicate mainly with the following 2 database tables: Rates: ID | Country Name | Country ISO Code | Country Prefix | City Name | City ID | City Prefix | Channels | rate Clients oder table: Client ID** | Order ID | number | Registry date | Expiry date | rate | mapping 1 | mapping 2 | Status API Functions: - Get Countries (ISO letters, Names, prefix) - Get Cities (Code, Name, Prefix, rate, channels) - Place an Order* - Update Mapping 1 + 2* - Renew* (add x month to expiry date + execute external api) - Terminate (update status) - Get client balance** - Get list of client orders (with status) Notes: *requires execute of external soap api **Client id, and client balance need to be fetched from different table Please state in your messege when bidding "icandoit" to indicate that you have fully read the above requirments.
