Hikashop to JoomlaLMS Integration

We need a developer who is knowledgeable with the following products: JoomlaLMS (A Learning Management System) Joomla 2.5 Hikashop (Shopping Cart) PHP and MySQL JoomlaLMS uses Subscriptions to allow access to online training courses. We need someone to create or write a plug-in, integration module, or raw code, that allows the integration of Hikashop and JoomlaLMS. When a customer makes payment of a course through Hikashop, code needs to be in place that subscribes the user to the course in JoomlaLMS that they had just purchased. The developer will be required to do/have the following: 1. Have their own install of JoomlaLMS, PHP, MySQL, and Hikashop. All are either free or trial versions are available. No access to live site is possible. 2. Program and test on their own lab/hardware. 3. Provide code that can be tested by our IS staff live in our environment without access by the developer. 4. Provide exact steps, written or screencapture of process to insert code and fully test out. 5. Allow for a live test period for our IS staff to verify the code works and be available for adjustments and modifications where needed.
