This will be a website where families can sign up to get their own family (or baby) website (http://[whatever].[login to view URL]) to put up family pictures, a blog, guestbook, and have a place to show off their new babies and their family.

Requirements:
PHP, MySQL, Javascript (AJAX), XHTML
HTML must be standards-based XHTML-strict. (No table-based layouts!!!)
Most of the back-end of the site is already written (I'm a developer who got too busy with other projects), so you can either finish what I've done, or write your own - whichever's cheaper, I guess. :) There's not much left to finish it up - just give it a face (mostly html-stuff), write a way for users to sign up and pay through Paypal, and add a few extra features and general testing and debugging.
