469614 PHP/mySQL/jQuery powered Fiverr Style Site

Will be built specifically with PHP Version 5.2.14 jQuery Version 1.4.4 mySQL Version 5.0.51a CSS / javascript xhtml Facebook Connect / API Twitter API Prefer a roll your own solution, but willing to go with a framework if you can get it to run properly on my server Description: PHP/mySQL/jQuery powered site like [login to view URL] but with some added features. *Must have all features of fiver included by default(like gigs, messaging users, gig stats, gig status, promote gigs, etc) *Features that will be different: -(offering gigs)Users can specify any price for their service / good in $5 dollar increments. -(requesting gigs)Request Gigs feature will be different. When a user suggests / requests a gig, they will be creating a freelance gig users can bid on. Meaning as soon as the requested gig is entered by the user into the system, any user of the site can then visit the page for that 'requested gig' and offer to complete the requested gig for an offered dollar amount. Minimum offer is $5, maximum is unlimited in $5 dollar increments. Example: 'I will complete your request for Y dollars'. The creator of the gig can then accept / deny and complete the transaction. *Full facebook integration, ability for users to invite friends, post their offering and requested gigs on their wall / profile, etc.. *Ability to sign up without facebook login if needed, user will need a valid email address and will need to click on a confirmation email before their account becomes active. *Twitter Integration - Every new 'offering gig' and 'requested gig' will automatically be posted to a given twitter account with a link back to the specific 'offering gig' page or 'requested gig' page. *Payment system will be as automated as possible. *There needs to be an admin panel to manage users, gigs, categories, paypal configuration, facebook api connect, twitter app connect, and site settings. * Should have a very web 2.0 design (simple, clean, colorful, glossy, larger fonts, jQuery highlighting effects / alerts, fun feeling) similar to fiver but unique and different colors / photos * Design should be entirely CSS based in external css files for easy changes and implementation of new templates and skins. * All custom jQuery will go in it's own external file, along with any standard javascript needed. * English based, the site will be focused initially on the US Market. * Site needs to load and work in Android and iPhone mobile devices. Delivery: Scripts in full source code delivered and I will provide server access for you to install. This is on a shared server and the domain will point to a folder in the webroot, example [login to view URL] points to webroot/domainforthisjob/ on the server via .htaccess It is your responsibility that installing your script (which might be using it's own .htaccess) does not interfere with other domains that are being sent to other folders in the webroot. Site will validate at [login to view URL] once installed and running.
