Music Selling Player

Hello, I am looking for music selling player with html5 support. Reason for html5 is because I want customers to be able to listen and purchase music through mobile phones since they don't support flash. Management System: Player needs to have some type of back management system, so I am able to upload music and setup prices, discounts, contracts, logo, bio, etc. Example: In add new song option, there should be options like this: 1) Name of song/instrumental 2) Genre 3) Type price of lease license 4) Type price of exclusive license 5) Stream song link (here link from song needs to be typed manually, it would be the best if player could stream from Soundclick. 6) Delivery link: (here type link from full song that will be delivered to customer after purchase) 7) Type song description, length, bpm. 8) Voice tag link (link for voice tag for protection) 9) Free download option (yes/no) It would be great if that system could be installed on website (joomla). Music Player: Player needs to have nice design and ability to change colors (more color options to choose per player). Key is to be clean and simple (easy to use and understand for average computer users but in same time modern and unique). Search box so when users type genre of music, they get list of music they are looking for. Option to show sales, website link, contact form, etc. Ability to use embed code on other websites (Option to be able to post music player on other websites.) Example: Name of song/instrumental - columns with custom license (such as lease/exclusive), price of each license, instant delivery system with coded delivery link of music/instrumental with contracts to customers E-mail after purchase through PayPal system. Share button next to song/instrumental so listeners could share it on Facebook / Twitter / Email / + other social networks. Somewhere on bottom of player, customer needs to be able to see what he has in shopping cart and total price / discount + button checkout that takes him directly to Paypal. Before PayPal website, window should popup with contract info and button accept in corner. After customer accepts license terms he should be redirected to Paypal, and after he finishes purchase he gets automatically song/instrumental to his E-mail address with that contract and invoice. Extra: - Affiliate Support - ability to add person name, paypal address, embed code for music player and percentage of sales per song/instrumental. - People that want to be part of affiliate system should get embed code which has their personal id and they should be able to promote our music player on their website, Twitter, Facebook, etc. If they sell our songs/instrumentals through player on their website, Facebook, Twitter, etc. they will get percentage of sale to their Paypal account. Also if they bring new affiliate people their percentage should change, etc.
