Custom Wordpress Theme for IT based directory/tutorial site

**Objective**: I'm looking for a custom word press theme with a flash header. The theme must be unique, complement our desired content and NOT look like an ordinary WordPress template!! We want a theme that is original, search engine friendly, and rich in artistic content. The theme should "WOW!" the end-user and make a great first impression. The flash banner will include our site name, navigation buttons (links), and have include various special effects (i.e. moving objects, dynamic lighting, mouse hover effects, etc). **Prerequisites**: 1, Must be experienced in creating custom WordPress Themes. 2, Have expert knowledge of the inner workings of the WordPress CMS script 3, Show examples of previous WordPress themes they have created. 4, Provide examples of Adobe Flash work (practically website banners). 5, Expert Knowledge of PHP 5, MySQL , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Flash. **Architecture:** All work will be done on a private test server (LAMP Setup) which will mimic the live server environment. **About Us:** Our website will cater to the geek community.
