Modify WordPress Theme - Add Anchor Tag #link to open page and toggle

Looking for someone to make a small change to a WordPress theme:

[login to view URL]

I have several pages that I'd like to be able to link to specfic sections on.

For example:

- [login to view URL]

- I'd like to link to [login to view URL] and have it open and focus on Toggle Panel 1

- [login to view URL] would open and focus on Toggle panel 2.

I believe this can be accomplished by jQuery Hash - so it should be an easy tweak to this theme.
