Need a full time Contract Designer/Developer

We are a web design company in the United States and are looking for a good designer/developer, preferably in the United States but, we are open to someone outside of the US as long as you can speak fluent English. I have listed what we will pay for each specific type of website or web application we do. We charge our clients an average of $50-$70 USD per month for hosting and maintenance. We will pay you a monthly residual of 10% of the monthly fee we charge per month on each site you complete if you are handling the periodic maintenance requests. When you apply please list the sites you have done so we can review your work. If you do not have anything you can show us please do not apply. You must be extremely dependable and have a good rating on completion on time, budget, etc. If we need something done we want it done when we ask and not 2-3 days later. Another potential income stream for the designer we hire, will be to have you take over the monthly maintenance of some sites we already have developed. We will pay you the same 10% as a maintenance fee. Please keep in mind that we are looking for a long term partnership, not someone looking to make a quick buck. In addition to website design, we also have a well-established payment processing business so there’s another potential income stream for the designer we contract. You will be able to refer your ecommerce customers to us for their credit card processing merchant accounts and we will pay you a monthly residual for the life of the account.
