Build a new rental website

I need a rental site in PHP exactly like www(dot)holidaylettings(dot)co(dot)uk and 100% working. 1. Every single link, module, function, CMS & payment gateway must be working 100% and be editable in the admin. 2. The domain name & company name must be changed to my domain name & company name throughout the site. 3. There may be no traces what-so-ever of the sample site anywhere on the site or in the coding. 4. I need a highly professional admin (very similar to Joomla) from where I can edit all the main links, modules, functions & text on the front end including: - Any details on booking created (i.e. names, prices, discount etc) - Commissions & fees - Any details on property listings created - A simple way of making changes on the automatic emails 5. I also need a highly professional CRM from where I can send professional emails to different groups of travellers/clients & owners. - All emails entered on the site must be collected automatically and divided into appropriate groups (i.e. travellers, property owners etc). - A wysiwyg editor from where I can send customized emails/newsletters to the different groups of clients All the above is working 100% perfect on the sample site.
