Wholesale web designers wanted

I'm launching a business model targeted at companies that have no web presence at the moment and offering them the chance to have their own website for a lot less than the market rate. The model is to produce a website for a client, offer alterations as required, then if my client is happy with the end product they buy. If not they pay nothing (and get no website). The service offering stops there.

To do this I am looking for a coder or team of coders who can produce top quality, simple, sleek websites. I'm looking for someone who is process driven and will deliver projects on time, and not produce websites from templates. A shared commitment will be required that if the customer is not happy then neither me nor the coder will get paid.

I'm employing a technical and sales resource for this venture and anticipate growth will be based on the quality of websites we can deliver with our chosen coder(s).

Ultimate to the success of this business model will be a long term relationship based on trust with the chosen coder(s).
