Site Design. CSS / flash / en to es translations (659764)

We need a css layout redesign. We need flash design. We need complete translation or editing of any untranslated content. The website is www.montysmexico.com. The site already has the majority of the content translated but there is content that needs translation or editing. We want a complete css/flash redesign to give a completely new and improved look to the site. Currently it uses an open source css template, this could be done again, if you have a very high quality template. It must be completely CSS. We want flash to be used for the welcome page and for the header of the site and possibly more, open to ideas from the winning coder. Flash should be Changing between several different scenes in different areas of the site. Any images used need to first be approved with me. The site is corporate and needs to have the look and feel of a "first class" site. Long term maintenance and future translation, upgrades, expansion sites, ect will be granted to the right professionals if this project is completed satisfactory. Need Mexico native spanish translator. I don't know exactly how many pages are not translated, right now, I don't have time to go in and determine this. I also know that more pictures with captions that need translation and possibly a few additonal documents could possibly be part of the projects scope. I also have some stock photography related to the industry that can be used if needed. Please do not bid unless you have good proof of your talents. Thanks and please ask any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
