MY BUDGET IS $40-$50 (NOT MORE THAN THIS!) KINDLY READ MY REQUIREMENTS, BEFORE PLACING THE BID! Please do not bid if your budget is higher than what I have put up. I am interested in doing the project with programmers who want to do the entire project and not bits and pieces of the requirement. Requirements: NEW Website Designing & Coding: 1. around 15 pages. 2. form with php / admin panel/ sending verification id via email, form authenthication. 3. online news to be linked from news website(suggestions required) 5. search engine - simple one 6. use of CSS preferred. All styling should be very simple and based on a single css file. 7. Form - needed for marketing purposes about the company to be sent as a mailer 8. Create newsletter (HTML NEWLETTER) system. 10. guidance should be provided so that the client can make necessary changes in the website after the project is done. 11. Need an experienced person to do this job! 12. programmer should be available on online and open to suggestions. ----------------------------------- What I will provide: 1. all the material that has to go into the pages. 2. logo of the company. 3. images for portfolio section. 4. layout or site map. will provide a similar website link, that i m looking for with NO complimented stufflike payment gateways etc. 5. it will be a simple PHP website.
