Flash Prelaoding All Images Before Animation Starts

I have a simple flash image animated slide show. See it here [login to view URL] I need a the flash to be corrected with a pre-loader, which can load all pictures before the animation starts, and then Pictures in Animation should be shown smoothly and without any instance to viewer that its the images are loaded from server. If you cannot understand this please ask me. I need this to be completed within 5 hours affter a is selected by me.
