269042 Adding Tooltiptext to current

please visit : My Life Balance [login to view URL] username : visit password : visit We would like to add tooltiptext when you place the mouse cursor over the different slices of the life balance pie (for both the life balance and inner balance pies). the tooltiptext will show : - the rating - the name of the category - a link “click to explore”. The link should be possible to be clicked and will take us to the page that represents this slice of pie. please see the two screenshots below We have the flash chart already, and we don't want you to create new flash chart, we just need someone to add "tooltiptext" when the mouse cursor come over the flash.
